I was very pleased with my visit at Heritage Urgent Care. The staff was kind and courteous and I only waited 20 minutes to be seen. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they were able to do my bloodwork there. I was very dehydrated and the doctor put me on an IV and made sure I was taken care of before I left. I felt the doctor and nurses went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed.

Been here with my Aunt since 9:15, we came because she has shortness of breath (really bad), congestion and weakness when she tries to walk. It's now 2 and she just saw a Dr. 30 min ago, took blood and did an EKG .. now more waiting to find out those results. You would think when a patient comes in with those symptoms they would take some sort of priority but not at this place apparently. If I could give no stars, I would. .... UPDATE.. it's now 3:00 and she's just going in for an x-ray so sill here 5 hours later and still have more waiting to do. This is one of the worst experiences we've had here thus far.

most slowest urgent care ever !!! like if it’s an emergency they should be doing everything quick not taking there sweet time and laughing and all just talking instead of taking care there patients .

After work yesterday night I decided to come here, as to I’m having so much abdominal pain, and back pain. I didn’t pay attention to these reviews as to you should never go based off of other peoples thoughts and opinions . I’m so glad I decided to go, they were so great with me. They really wanted to make sure I was okay, and doing well. They made conversations with me the whole time being there. This staff was absolutely genuine and caring, it was 4 specific ones, unfortunately I did not get there names I will next time as to I will come here when needed. They know who they are, Thank you again so much . They do what’s right, and what’s needed. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They definitely took as much time as needed to make sure we do everything that had to be done, and they were with me through it all .

They are able to do some basic blood work there to tule rule out certain problems, such as testing for diabetes. They don't do more complicated bloodwork there such as thyroid testing.

They do not take IEHP but they are walk in great clinic good Doctors and nurse staff they take medicare but not medical hope this helps

Without insurance, a cash pay visit starts at $83. That is for the office visit only. If any other services are ordered by the provider there would be additional charges for anything else ordered such as Labs, x-rays, or medications that are completed /administered during the visit.

No. Those tests are performed at a one of the local Radnet facilities. You would just need an order from your primary care doctor. Heritage Urgent Care does have on-site X-ray and ultrasound.
