I WAS HORRIFIED TODAY! I took my daughter in to get her arm checked out due to a bug bite. A man walked in bleeding out everywhere with his finger cut off, 3 people had to ask the staff if they could clean it up, they took 20 MINUTES to mop it up after the blood had already been stepped on and dried. IT WAS DISCUSSING! The doctor was also rude, ignored my questions, and didnt make me comfortable to bring my family here ever again.

My son was sent home from school due to him complaining about pain in his shoulder. School recommend to get him examined for precaution. I explained to the doctor the situation and she was very passive towards me. She then tried speaking to my son but he is asocial due to Autism which I also explained to her. She kept asking him questions he couldn't answer and my son became anxious. Doctor seemed bothered that he wasn't answering her and I politely stated that he is uncomfortable. She walk us out the room when she said, I'm surprised your son is autistic, are you sure he is? I said yes why? Her answer was that he doesn't look autistic. I replied what does Autism look like? Autism is a development issue not a physical one so what are you talking about.

Test was rapid but cost me $80 because I have the nerve to PAY for my insurance every month. That kind of sucked. It should be free for everyone but that is NOT HealthRus fault, government gave out billions in stimulus & unemployment (to people who were on public assistance and their income was NOT affected) but they can't allow everyone to get free COVID test and have the nerve to only want to give 3 mask per. person. In 15 days those 3 mask will be gone. Kind of ridiculous.

This place is a joke what is the whole point to even make an appointment when they even have the people that made a appointment on line to wait. I'm not satisfied one bit they're are so unprofessional especially when your on the phone with them they hang up on you rude. Seriously this health R US doesn't deserve not even one star. You guys need to do better job. I don't know how this urgent care has 5 stars bad customer service the man doctor is rude too i give it 0 stars. They need better people working there. I wish i could upload the video how the doctor treated my daughter. Very unprofessional
