Just poor customer service and false advertising. Advertises postal services (even in store) but then explain that they don't. Decided on UPS ground and for time sensitive docs she wouldn't put the 9 digit zip. After taking a picture of the envelope for my own records I later looked and realized they didn't put my address for return mail but the UPS store. I don't get mail there. NEVER again for anything but Amazon returns.

From reading some other reviews, it sounds like this location has some serious issues. I hope something is done about their staff’s behavior and treatment of customers. Friday’s closing attendant was very rude. I arrived two minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Even as a customer left I asked inside to let me in to send out an Amazon return. Not only did she refuse to let me in, but with the rudest tone she told me they were closed. I told her to check the clock that was showing two minutes on their clock and the place was full of customers in line. And she just repeated, “we are closed now”! Worst customer service and just unfair and rude!
