WORST PLACE TO EAT.. THE OLDER WORKERS THERE ARE TO SLOW.. PLUS THEY OPEN LIKE 2 HOW LATER AND CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY.. TRY TO CALL TO FIND OUT AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER.. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO THEY RUN THERE.. OBVIOUSLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT QUICKLY.. LAST NIGHT THEY HAD CLOSED AT 830 I TRIED TO GO IN SAID CLOSED BUT HAD WORKERS ALL BUNDLED UP N THE KITCHEN, AND THEY DNT CLOSE TILL 9:30PM. WHAT'S UP WIT THT.. I'M LIKE HOURS SAY 930PM NOT 830.. THEY NEED NEW MANAGER QUICKLY I'M VERY UPSET CAUSE IT'S AN ON GOING SITUATION THERE, DNT ANSWER EVER.. POOR , POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. GO WITHOUT EATING.. NOT COOL

Horrible customer service!! Employee was very rude and rolled her eyes multiple times . Employee didn’t acknowledge us and she took out card reader just assuming that we’d pay in card instead of asking when I had my phone out for pollo loco rewards to be scanned and that’s when she rolled her eyes the first time ,it’s not my fault she started assuming instead of being professional. Second asked for sauce and rolled her eyes again. Very unprofessional workers , please hire new employees that will set pollo locos standards, thank you.

Very clean place, good service, they have very good customer service, the staff is friendly, there is a lot variety of hot food, and a nice and friendly space for eating. And they have an open space for eating outside. I will definitely and highly recommend this place and of course I will be back again, I had a very great experience at this place. If you are planning to go to eat out this is a very good place, stop by and you will be happy I am pretty sure of that.

Good place to go and enjoy a good asado chicken! Classic. The only down side is some personal look like don't want to be there, I do understand the smile is hard bcs the mask but the attitude is without boundries, a good attitude is visible even to a blind person! Comon you guys! You can do better then this...my last visit was not a 5 stars bcs of that!

Most restaurants do not want to have leftovers of anything that would not keep overnight well. Bus they estimate how much macaroni and cheese they're going to need for that day and when it's gone, it's gone. That's what helps keep the price down. If they had to toss away gallons of macaroni and cheese every night the price would double or triple. Buy basically using what they make, the prices are kept lower and you'll keep going back for the macaroni and cheese.
