First off, I'd like to mention that I have personally never reviewed a restaurant online. However, this particular establishment surprised me with its off-putting cashier lacking basic customer service. To my dismay, this place has several reviews acknowledging its "good" customer service. The woman that helped us seemed to be in an irritated state. This was reflected with her very annoyed responses. It goes without saying that one of the key fundamentals to good customer service is respect. Placing a woman with an inconvenient mentality jeopardizes the perception of what is reflected in the reviews. To the woman that helped us; have the decency to use your brain once in a while when assisting customers. You chose this job, so show me the respect I deserve you shortsighted fool. I have no doubt that I will never recommend this place to anyone. I understand that my business will not be missed, but I can assure you that your sub-par foods and deserts won't be missed either. A final word of advise to this business; A well-crafted customer service policy is something businesses of all sizes should practice, day in and day out. Btw, the woman should brush her yellow teeth. It is disgusting having an untidy cashier assist with one's food. You know who you are you slob.
