Got here 30 minutes early per the reexamination letter. I waited 15 minutes to take the test. I finish the test in about 10 minutes and the reception told me to have a seat. He waited 5 minutes to tell the hearing officer I was sitting in the lobby. I've waited for now another 10 minutes for someone to come out. THERE ARE NO OTHER PEOPLE WAITING BUT ME!!! The DMV is a joke. Oh and one more thing you HAVE to pay for parking they dont validate. Just wasting tax payer money and my time.

I got a reexamination from the Dmv afterwards on 2 hit and run on me and 2 hit on me accidents and one con man on a bike attacked me on a stop sign where I was standing I have it on video and photos that's I am not fault. I would send the link later to it button I am not understand why I get a request of examination. I am an full-time uber-driver and live in an Rv the Rv I have to move too. I am really concerned how this people can take your living if I lose my license I can kill myself. I am a healthy person and in good condition drive professional and in good standing of uber. I have many satisfied customer and can evidence that I am able to drive and handle a I give sign and look even over my blind spot and hold the rules. I post later the link and the of the video. I am concerned that here criminals get away with hit and run. For everyone don't report accidents this Dmv take your license away regardless you are fault or not. I have to hire a lawyer to protect myself for a inaccurate decision right now. Hire a lawyer right away from the beginning guy's. I called in to this office and I am getting 4 different answers Why I getting a letter. Their is my life in danger complete.

Ignorant, poorly trained hearing officer, unable to explain the basis for a medical suspension and just used a lot of double talk to cover up the fact she did not understand medical terms or was even familiar with the DMV's own published documents that clearly identify different medical conditions and the levels of severity they may or may not present as it pertains to driving impairment. The hearing officer could barely even read the medical terms into the record and did not appear to understand the differentiation that the DMV's own published documents and guidelines make between reasons for probation versus suspension, or no action at all versus probation. She just babbled a bunch of nonsense double-talk to try and explain the reason a suspension had been issued......even though the doctors recommendation was that there was never any impairment and driver was safe to drive and should not be suspended, She still claimed, in a completely impossible twist of logic, that the medical information (the same doctors evaluation) was the reason for the suspension. This was an inept government employee who lacked the education or training to hold the position and was unable to grasp that someone issued a suspension without any medical recommendation or evaluation that supported the suspension. The real truth that this poorly educated confused government employee attempted to hide was that the suspension had been issued without taking the medical evaluation into account, or even by using the departments own published guidelines to make a determination . She babbled on about individual case considerations but was still unable to never identify what medical information had been unfavorable that would have triggered the suspension. All her double-talk cover up nonsense amounted to was that they had issued a suspension simply because a doctor had reported the need for an evaluation...instead of using the actual evaluation submitted and the departmental guidelines to determine if the driver had a condition that might make driving dangerous. If you attend a hearing here you will be forced to deal with an unqualified fool making decisions that affect peoples lives , paid for by the taxpayers, and completely ignorant of her own stupidity. Beware, take a lawyer if you have been suspended in complete contradiction to your doctors evaluation, if your doctor writes that you are safe to drive, and you were still suspended, this idiot who works there is going to look you in the eye and run her mouth instead of use her brain and correct the mistake she has made.
