I don't live there but I visit someone that does quite often the grounds are always clean and there's not a lot of traffic it seems like a pretty pleasant place to live

BAD PLACE TO LIVE!! I feel like I was constructively evicted. Noise level and drug activity was a problem. Complaints went unanswered so I moved to a peaceful place. They gladly charged me 2 grand for a break lease fee.

If there is lower than that rate, I would give them. Lack of clean all over the place, dogs dung all over the pathway and fire lanes, bugs and rats inside the apartments even the second floor! The management is really bad .
