My fiancè and I just moved here and honestly I believe it could be maintained a little better. The apartment we got is in great condition. The only problem I've noticed is the homeless walking around, so far I have caught a black guy using the bathroom out back along the privacy fence and a few white people digging in the dumpster.

-HOMELESS PEOPLE -area is Not safe -drug infested only reason I even came to Autumn Ridge apartments was due rto th fact that my girlfriend was scared. Due to a large homeless man who had constantly been harrassing her. Immediately after pulling into the parking lot I was approached by a man who allegedly ran out of gas an needed some money to fill up his tank.... I spent the night with my girlfriend. Was woken up to the sound of a couple screaming at each other

I have lived here 15 months and really like it a lot the people. who run the apts are really very nice. And the people who live here are nice to me. I really Love my apt.

We have lived here for about six months now. The apartments are clean, bed bug free and when we needed repairs they were right on it. Maintenance is very nice. Kitchens are small, hard to fit two people in there at the same time and the counter tops need to be replaced. Bathroom is large. I love the long counter top. Lots of place to set your things. Rent is reasonable. Bedrooms are fair size. One has huge walk in closet. Neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this place.
