I’m only giving these apartments a 1 star because google forced me to. But honestly these are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. My husband was told that the apartment was “remodeled” but these appliances look like they’re from my grandma’s generation. Infested with ROACHES, can’t even fix anything. My husband called like a month ago to have the kitchen light fixed because obviously these lights are weird never had an apartment with a kitchen light like this but anyways it WASNT EVER FIXED. Also there a leaks under the dishwasher(has mold) which i never use, it has yet to be fixed. But be late on the rent and Elise is quick to leave a late fee notice on the door on the 3rd of the month by 5:30pm. She shoud be quick to have her people fix things around here.

Spent $50 getting my name on the waiting list back in February. It’s now mid May and I have to move the beginning of June and haven’t heard a single thing. I’ve called at least five times and have never heard anything back. If this is how you treat prospective tenants, how do they treat people that are actually in their complex?

I checked this place out and Brielle was wonderful and the place is an urban wilderness with a fish pond, pool, park, lots of grass, picnic tables, lots of trees and natural wood colored apartments. Loved it!:)

I moved in about a month ago and love it. I'm in a 2 bed townhouse with a great view of the pond. They were great about offering a short term lease and the office staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The best thing is how quiet the apartment is! I either have the quietest neighbors in the world or very well insulated walls! Parking lot is newly paved and the pool surround was just rebuilt. You can tell they take good care of the property.
