Front office has no communication. I waited weeks to hear when I move in, I took a tour of the apartment and had all my paperwork done and gave my deposit then there was no communcation after. I left several voicemails and after 4 months they finally called me to return my deposit. I seriously thought I was scammed. Apparently I am not the only one this has happened to, as other students I know had similar issues. If communication is this bad now, I cant imagine how bad it is for anyone living there. Something is not right with this place.

Unfortunately, I can't rate my living experience at this complex but I can rate my experience thus far. I have tried five times to contact the leasing office by phone and email but I never received a call back. I understand we're still dealing with covid-19 pandemic to an extent but the customer service is definitely lacking. I've seen a couple of reviews stating the same problem.

I'm not sure what you are inquiring about. The pictures that are on the site are have 2 pics of the exterior of the buildings/property grounds and 2 pics of the interior of an apartment. The other pic is the map showing our location. I hope that answered your question.
Unfortunately, City Gardens does not have a pool.
They have units that are for THA. You can use section 8 or be in the Site Based Housing program.
The tenant is responsible for electric. The water, sewer and trash is paid for by City Gardens and you include a flat rate each month with your rent.
