Let’s just say we wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. It was hell living here only because of maintenance wouldn’t get things done and mostly the tenants.

This place used to be great but with new ownership came horrible treatment. Nothing gets fixed, the office people arent here most of the time to even open the laundry room, and no matter how many work reports are put in they are never completed (this is due to there being only 1 or 2 at the most maintenance men) I originally gave this place 5 stars after living here for 3 years, it has now been 5 going on 6 years and I say to anyone who will listen DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Compass Pointe Apartments is under new management, they are cleaning it up and the apartments are quite. And the staff here are very nice & helpful. I would recommend Compass Pointe to anyone.

Been year over a year it's quiet but you do have noisy company but not that often just don't like that they can't keep a property manager for to long they don't answer the phone at 8am or 9 am but overall I'm not moving. I have no bugs or mice they spray to prevent those things but I give this apartment a strong 8
