The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly. The establishment was clean and well maintained.

We waited pizzas for an hour and 20 min and I called to get to know where our order was. The employee told me that the delivery couldn’t reach to us on our phone so he just turned and went back never giving us our pizza. Not even talking about that it’s my friend’s birthday so we never were suggested any kind of a discount.

Ordered carry out, showed up in the appropriate amount of time. Sat at the pick up window for 10 minutes and not a single person came and looked. They sat at the counter and talked. Then after I honked they came to the window with attitude. Sorry to interrupt the conversation. There were no customers, the parkinglot was empty. Dissatisfied to say the least.

They have dramatically reduced the menu. They have dramatically reduced staffing. They have completely eliminated the salad bar and Pizza buffet while at the same time other pizza restaurants in the region have opened their buffets and salad bars and even improved them. It almost seems like they want to eliminate their lobby services at this time. I certainly hope that's not the case considering how nice of a lobby they created at their previous remodeling

I happen to work at Pizza Hut so I can tell you what the two possibilities here are; The first option could be that we ran out of BBQ Beef and we tried to call back whatever number we were given. If by chance the customer fails to answer we produce the 'runner up' pizza in order to try and satisfy the customer. The second and last option is that the people on the make table (The station where we top our pizzas and all.) messed up your pizza. Then, the person on cut table; The individual in charge of looking over the toppings on a product then cutting it to send it, failed to notice the error and sent the pizza. This usually doesn't happen but overall we do try to supply a decent product at the very least but due to a lot of workers being quite lackluster, it is difficult to produce the way we should. I sincerely apologize for this mess up and I hope you don't have to experience many more in the future. - I am super late on this but I felt the need to try and elaborate why this happened
