My daughter had to sublet her share in a 4 bedroom apartment. The staff was so helpful and respectful throughout the process. I was really impressed with all of them - Madison, Harden and Alejandro. They are doing a great job creating a friendly and caring atmosphere at The Avenue.

Within the 11 months of living here, I’ve had my truck broken into twice having thousands of dollars of repairs and replacing tools also my girlfriend also had her car stolen along with my friend having his truck broken into as well. The Avenue did nothing to help the situation. On top of that my apartment was under construction for probably 8-9 months having multiple different people coming in for multiple different things giving us false senses of time on these projects saying they will be done in less than four weeks and some things took upwards of 3 months. Lastly I lit off fireworks the week before the 4th of July and they charged me $250. If after all of this you still want to live here I will give the maintenance man, I believe his name is sway a round of applause because he is absolutely amazing and a great guy along with a great character and definitely deserves a pay raise

If you’re thinking about living here? Don’t. This establishment is extremely poorly run since restaffing and being taken over by livesq. I have lived here for two years and watched it take a turn for the worse. This location is geared toward college kids but anyone can live here. I know college freshman who were placed with a 30 year old woman and when they addressed their concerns, the staff said “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Their teams they hired to renovate balconies flooded my apartment and at least three others that I know of. When this occurred we were out of our homes for a month after being told it would be a week or two max. My three roommates and I share all common area things so for a month we had to pass things between four apartments or go with out. They will charge you for anything and everything they can. They do not deal with noise complaints. The people below me constantly stay up late smoking in the apartment and on the balcony and play their music very loud. The staff constantly says they can’t do anything about it. Don’t try to have ANY guest over ever because they tow everyone. They even towed my registered car and their towing company damaged my hood. But they can’t do anything about it. The maintenance team will creep on you, making comments about your body when they think you can’t hear and look at you in slimy ways. It is very overpriced and poorly managed. Read your contract THOROUGHLY before signing. Also if you sign while they are running a special, do know they will jack up the price when you go to release and you will ultimately be paying more then you were before. This is the worst place I have ever lived and recommend no on to live here. I pay $900 a month to live with three other people in a crammed space for none of my complaints and concerns to be taken care. The property is ran by young adults with no experience. You would be saving yourself money and headache by living anywhere else. Don’t let their flashy tours and location sell you.

Only move here if you're ready to constantly be locked out of your own apartment due to the electronic keys and locks malfunctioning. They no longer allow guest parking for any amount of time and will tow any car without a resident parking sticker immediately.

Just know that the desks do not come with chairs and the bedrooms don't come with ceiling fan/light combos. You will have to provide those things.
The Avenue does have availability, just call the reception for more details. There are bus stops about 3 mins away by walk.
Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. So you cannot share a bathroom. Also, the prices vary every season.
Electric is not included, but the apartments have air conditioning and heat.
