I went to this place as it showed "Authorized drop off for FedEx". I had to return a couple of items to Walmart. There were two issues: 1) I called and asked the guy if I can drop off the FedEx parcel for the above purpose and he said yes, but I need to have a printed label. I didn't have a printer, so I asked if they could print it instead. He said "yes, we can print it if you email it to us". Fine. I visited and emailed and he printed it. Even at that time, he didn't mention anything else. After putting the labels on the packages he says "it'll be $2.50 for the print outs" (just two pages). Was there a problem in saying this on the phone, or at the store before printing? I guess they just wanted to make a couple of bucks from a customer. I would have just decided to drive half a mile to an actual FedEx location to drop off my package, or I might have been okay with the $2.50! But why NOT tell the charges beforehand?! 2) I dropped off the package on Fri evening around 530pm and checked the tracking on Saturday, but there was no information. When I called, the same guy says "Oh, your package will be picked up by FedEx on Monday as FedEx ground picks up Mon-Fri at 4PM. Why couldn't he just tell me this earlier when I dropped it off?!! What if someone wanted to send an urgent package (still be FedEx ground). No one would want to drop off a package if it's going to be picked up 3 days later. So the customer service needs to be improved. This is an understatement.

The University Park AIM Mail Center is a tremendous asset to our community. For a few pennies we save the hassle of driving to and standing in line at the Post office and can satisfy both business and personnel support requirements. I use the facility to FEDEX business mailings while we use the packaging and mailing services to keep in touch with our far flung family. Recently, AIM helped us renew a passport. Friendly and efficient, easy parking and access, these folks are doing a great job.

Many PostalAnnex locations offer 24-hour access, and with your permission, your PostalAnnex will accept packages and overnight letters from UPS, FedEX and the USPS, storing them safely until it's convenient for you to pick them up. Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.
