Over rated ! Disappointed with the expensive shrimp cocktail the easiest ever to make just boil shrimp til at brink of pink and shock in cold water for Christ sakes but the shrimp where literally like chewing on tires total turn off

Great place !!! Love the vibe .. Music ..Drinks .. Service ! Most of All Food is Amazing ! Been dining at Cebu for over 20 years EXTREMELY CONSISTENT! The same quality ALWAYS ! I LOVE CEBU .

Thanks for your answers. I did call the restaurant and found out that although they have valet parking every day, it doesn't start till 5 p.m. during the week. I'll be there at 1 pm. :-(
No clue it's good food but I think a little over priced.. but I always enjoyed.
