POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had terrible backache after pregnancy and labor. As a new customer I called TheJoint office a few times to check if I need to schedule first time appointment, but nobody answered. Then I texted them and got an answer "yes, you need to schedule an appointment bcz it will take about an hour". OK, I scheduled it for 5:30 with Dr Bamberger and they confirmed it. I found a nanny for my 2 months old baby for 2 hours for this appointment. When I came at 5:30 the front desk lady was telling the other customer that Dr Bamberger can't see her today because he has an appointment with a new customer at 5:30 and it will take about an hour. (It was supposed to be me!) But then she told me that the doctor is overbooked today and cannot see me too, no matter I scheduled an appointment. I was frustrated and disappointed. There was no "sorry", instead she said "yes, it sucks". And I agree with her, it is an awful service, it is sucks!!! I would never recommend this place!! Waist of time!

Dr. Jaymee is the best! She is so thorough and always addresses specific areas of pain I might be having. She truly cares about the clients and I feel better after every visit. The Joint is very lucky to have her on their team.

Irvine Team has been taking care of me & my family for over 3 years. I always get checked in quickly. Dr Jaime is our favorite. She is knowledgeable, caring, and strong chiro doctor that knows her craft. You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
