Inside Overfelt Gardens is an American oriental tribute to certain famous Chinese: Confucius, Dr Sun Yat Sen and Chang Kai Shek. Why these 3 were chosen is unknown and no written explanations exist, so just Google search their names to know why they are famous. The park has some nice paths wandering around the pond(s). This could be a very pretty park if it received a little TLC and ponds/fountain had water in them. It would also be nice if there were information regarding the Chinese cultural garden.

I loved this park. There is a lot to see here. Lots of walking trails and interesting buildings.

It is sad to see the park in the state it’s in. There was evidence of minor vandalism and neglect of the historical area. It’s very disappointing to see, as it appears that a lot of care and dedication was put into park at some point. Santa Clara County needs to step it up in the stewardship dept.
