Nathan's Story-My Mosaic Down Syndrome Journey

San Francisco traffic was pretty bad. Embarkation lines were long and slow. We arrived extra early with all required documents ready in hand but still had to wait hours in line. No bathrooms available (the public street bathrooms were locked) until once inside the building. We finally got to board an hour after our scheduled time even with “priority” board passes. Sigh.

Lara at guest services was extra helpful. Waiters and waitress were some of the best I've ever seen. Management seemed a little snubbed nose to first time travelers.Excluding. 1st time sailed from parties as well as other events. Making it seem we were less than. Which we are because we're not diamond or platinum. Food was 5 stars. Cleaningness was. 5 stars. Jennifer was the best little cabin keeper .. Entertainment shows were cramped crowed . Frankie was anything but hands on till the end even making fun of blue card holders at the diamond platinum party

It was our first cruise and we loved it. Singing, dancing, entertainment and the service was amazing. The kids played with dolphins and enjoyed Camp Carnival. Super fun. We already booked 2 more cruises with them.
