Ordered a banana split blizzard and they gave it to me melted and when I went back to tell them, the girl said it’s not melted that’s how it is because of the toppings??? They did offer to remake it but I didn’t because, they really tried to tell me this is what a blizzard should look like, I’m more upset that they think I don’t know what a blizzard looks like. Never coming here again!!!

Honestly they need to stick with just ice cream. The hamburgers are not fresh. They float in water than thrown on grill to warm up. For the price better to go to Wendys.

With all due respect, it IS a fast food restaurant chain. The food on the floor would be at fault of a consumer. The real question worth asking is: how much, and if it was a lot, why didn't any worker clean it?
