The girl was super nice and has great customer service skills. I forgot her name (Lilian or starts with L for sure) Also as soon as we walk in a kind men help us to choose priority mail over other one because I was sending passport and important documents.

Overall good experience at this USPS. The lady at the window was nice the second one who came up and tried to order everybody around needs to stay in the back. If there is a line you actually have to walk past everybody to go to the far end where the Post office boxes are located, which is kind of contrary to staying safe in COVID times but that's how they do it here. I was in and out pretty quickly which is the reason for 5 stars. Parking is tricky here, good luck.

I had a prepaid label for a flat rate padded envelope. I asked at the counter for the padded envelope because their flat rate display section was empty. The older lady behind the counter reluctantly handed me one saying, "Next time order your supplies before you come here." Flat rate pricing includes the shipping box/envelope, and I shouldn't have to deal with rudeness when asking for the supplies I paid for. This was the rudest postal employee I've ever met. The US Postal Service should treat their customers better than this!
