Yes we do offer UBI treatments. We often combine UBI (ultraviolet blood irradiation) with ozone therapy to address many of our clients' situations. If you are already familiar with UBI you know it's your own blood which is extracted and passed through ultraviolet light. We also add ozone (O3) to the mixture. When the blood is returned to your body it can help with a variety of ailments and inflammation is one.

Yes, we use PRP and platelet-rich plasma interchangeably on our website. If you know platelet-rich plasma you know its using your own blood (the liquid part or plasma) with concentrated amounts of platelets. In our Burbank medical spa we use PRP for many treatments including hair loss therapies, pain reduction or healing.

For Profound cellulite treatment info we've got a whole page on our website, but briefly we use the Profound laser which uses radio frequency and microneedles to heat up the skin and cause production of elastin and collagen. Profound needles go deeper into the skin and are more effective in breaking up the fibrous bands that contribute to that lumpy or orange peel look that cellulite causes.

The feeling associated with microneedling is often said to be similar to a light sandpaper being rubbed across the skin. The procedure takes 15-45 minutes depending on the size of the area treated. We can also apply a topical numbing agent 30 minutes prior to your treatment to lessen the discomfort. And with SkinPen microneedling the needles are so narrow many say they do not feel much at all.

You may experience some lingering warmth, redness or tightness in the area that was treated. This fades within a few hours.
