Such a fantastic day! Couldn’t recommend this more. We started our day with a studio tour at 9:45am with breakfast before. When we arrived there was a complimentary valet service that was easy. After the studio we had lunch which was an all you can eat buffet that had a large selection of different foods and were all good quality. After lunch we went on ALL the rides, and some more than once! The VIP package has its own separate line that gets you on rides quicker than fast pass etc. We queued for less than a minute for almost every ride. It is a guided tour for the VIP experience. We had Robert who was fantastic, very knowledgeable, accommodating and made the day extra special. With a number of the rides being over 2-3 hours to queue, I couldn’t recommend doing the VIP experience more. With the studio tour, lunch and doing all the rides, we had finished everything by 2:30pm after starting at 9:45.

First time at universal studios and we got the VIP tour that began at 11AM on a Saturday in July. To begin, we had our own VIP entrance and we were warmly welcomed and given our VIP passes for the day. Our tour guide, Libni, introduced himself and showed us the breakfast table (which had all types of croissants and pastries). The food was lovely and a great way to start the day, they even gave us unlimited water bottles, chapstick, and sunscreen. (I recommended you don’t bother bringing your own water bottle to the park). Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and started us off with more laid back rides like “secret life of pets” and we worked our way up to “the mummy” and “Jurassic world”. With our VIP we were able to skip every line with no wait time. Our tour guide even took us to two shows and both were incredible. At lunch time they bring you to an all you can eat buffet where you’re given an hour to chill and eat. They have amazing food, including: pork, shrimp, potatoes, fries, pizza, etc. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. Afterwards, the tour of the back lot is really what sets this VIP experience apart, they allow your group to get a private vehicle that drives you around the sound stages and sets. As a VIP, you’re able to get out of the vehicle at some parts and actually walk on the sets where they filmed movies like Pirates of The Caribbean. It was mind blowing all the surprises they had in store for us that left everyone excited! (Not going to spoil anything). The VIP experience overall is so so worth it and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s roughly 6 hours long and let’s you skip all the lines after the tour too. Make sure to tip the tour guide as they have extensive knowledge and are eager to answer all questions.

We did the VIP Experience with the guide Nic. He was an amazing tour guide. Not only did he make sure we had the opportunity to ride every ride, see every show he was funny, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. Honestly this was the best way to enjoy the park. Ohhhh and the food was amazing. We left the park feeling like a true VIP.

The tour is overall a good experience but it feels very rushed. You can't stop. We were not even able to view our ride pictures after the ride bc you have to get to your next stop. We were supposed to give us the time to review later and purchase but never received. We have tried to contact customer service for the VIP experience and they haven't responded to emails and you can't reach them by phone.
