Mostly new staff working there now. The new Vet seems nice enough, but, have only seen him twice. We've been going there for multiple years & were not told Dr. Sabins had left, which I thought was rude & unprofessional. I adopted a Dog, "Zeke", from the Person County Animal Shelter in 2003. Dr. Sabins was the Vet, at Roxboro Animal Hospital, at the old location on Hwy 49. We continued seeing Dr. Sabins throughout my Dog's Life, from 2003 thru 2018, when he crossed the Rainbow 🌈 . Zeke had multiple health issues, (Seizures, a Small Liver Issues, Hypothyroidism, Anxiety, just to name a few). along with some abuse. We spent approximately "$375.00" a month during those 15 1/2 years that we were Blessed to have him (it's just never long enough)........that's "$67,500" over 15 1/2 years, "NOT" including the Ultrasounds, Xrays, Emergency Visits, Blood Work twice a year, etc. The staff at the front desk could use some training in customer service. They don't go out of their way to help & rush you out. Haven't seen any of them smile. I usually don't Complain but feel this needs to be addressed before they lose customers......I'm seriously considering going somewhere else after the last 3 visits that I've taken my new adopted puppy to have been rushed & rude.
