I would not declaw a cat. Have the cats nails clipped every 3 weeks so you can learn how to do it yourself. Declawing s cat means you have to remove their nuckles and to me that is animal cruelty. They have to be able to defend themselves. I clip my cats nails all by myself now. It is humane.
