The staff is extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable, there is a wide selection of products. The store is kind of small, but they sure do have a lot of choices.

The only good thing about this place is that they're open till midnight. Their selection is horrible and their prices are way too high, especially compared to the other liquor stores in town. They need to change the name of the store because you certainly don't "pay less" there.

Don't be fooled by the name as you will not pay less here. Stopped to grab my wife a 12-pack of White Claw after a bike ride at Ridgeline and was pretty astonished at the price tag (with tax) of almost $21. You will "pay less" than that at 99% of other vendors.

Well there is a gas station with reputably clean restrooms directly across the street. I for one love payless liquor because they always have great deals. There's no sign that says "We have restrooms! Come on in!" It would be silly to think that a random business has to provide a toilet for you.
