I received a notice from Castle Rock senior info that Burger Kings in castle Rock may offer senior discount. Well, this BK does not! I have enjoyed NK Whoppers for years, but today mine was cold and tasteless. I will not visit this BK again!

Ordered 7 bacon burgers. Half of the bread was hard as rock. I know someone touched them so they knew and still served them. I recognize this is “fast” food. But that seems like a no brainer to me. Fries were hot so I’ll give 2 stars.

This place was a mess!! 1st not one clean table in the whole place, 2nd it seemed like the team was just so overworked that there was no way of keeping up. The young lady that took our order saw multiple orders go out and still didn't check on ours. The assistant manager barely looked at us while making a half hearted apology for missing the order. We attend family activities is the area of this Burger King and unfortunately will not have it as an option in the future. Very disappointing for our 12 year old who absolutely loves BK.
