Great fields but bad management, employees are rude, cursing and threatening kids because they play by entrance, keep in mind these are 4-7 yr old kids..

If you have to pay. You can pay to use it by the hour, or if you have a team they can sign up for the tournament.
Which fields? The soccer ones? No, they are not open at any time. They have some schedules I think it would be from 11:00 am up to 10:00 pm
