Nampa housing has been a blessing for my family. As a single mom of three kids the housing being income based is amazing. The units are clean and the staff is on top of any issues. The neighborhood is quite and people stay to themselves, we have had no issues. We have two neighborhood parks for the kiddos and are within walking distance to the Nampa Arts charter school. They also have great family resources for any additional needs. The waitlist is long but so worth it.

Worst place to go through my family was put down on several occasions by staff and was racially discriminated against. Would recommend everyone steer clear of them.

Nampa Housing Authority provides a great service for the Nampa community. Their units are in great condition and their staff is top notch.

I called yesterday & from what I heard it was encouraging...then today Ii went there... and she said there would be a three to four year wait list!
