After I signed my lease, we were completely forgotten about. Nobody is ever present to help with any issues… and let me tell you… there are plenty of issues. I’m in 9 months I’ve lived here I’ve put in about 8 work requests, which all the maintenance team can do is Bandaid the issues. Because OBVIOUSLY to get a refrigerator that seals, or a dryer that dries, you have to pay extra monthly. The amenities are chronically closed. Hot tub was cold for about two months before someone finally fixed it. For the amount of money I pay to this place I would expect more. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Go to Seacrest right down the road. I never had a single issue with them. Ps. This complex allows solicitors to come knock on your door and pitch you whatever they want to sell. It is REALLY annoying.

So far so good. The view from my apartment on the second floor is great and the pool is very nice. I love how clean the neighborhood is and how quiet it is at night. The only thing I have not visited is the gym and that is because I don't know if its open or not and I really want to use it. Other than that, really nice place, big upgrade from my last apartment.

Moved to Pinnacle from Wyoming due to my husband being in the marine corps. Let's just say I wish we would have never lived here. Besides one of their office employees being EXTREMELY lazy, this complex tries to suck you dry of every penny you have. My husband had official military orders stating that we would no longer need to live in our current apartment. Even with the military orders, Pinnacle decided to inform us that we would in fact be paying for 30 days AFTER our move out date. That's around $2,000. When finding the apartment, it was advertised as $1,650 and they ended up renting to us for $1,800. When asked why we would be paying this much, their response was, "the apartments are in high demand right now." Later, I found out that there are vacant apartments all over the premises because nobody wants to live here! The only good thing I can say about Pinnacle is that their maintenance team is amazing. Very friendly and professional. DO NOT live here.
