Great people and knowledgeable staff, short wait, efficiently ran, if you don't want to wait a long time like another person who wrote a negative review then MAKE AN APPOINTMENT if not then they fit you in where they can and they take the fasting people first

Unfortunately I cannot recommend using Labcorp. Bottom line is that their customer service is subpar, especially given the technology available in this day and age. I set up an appointment online, which was easy, and subsequently tried to call to ensure that they perform the specific test I was looking for. I attempted to call 6 times over 4 days and no one ever answered the phone. I was kicked to a full voicemail box that didn’t not accept messages. The drop down for their website was very vague on the test options, things like ‘basic lab work.’ I never received any instructions on test preparation (ie fasting). On my appointment day I arrived and checked in, they were running a bit behind which is fine, but they wouldn’t answer my question about their ability to perform the test I was looking for until they called my name. After a 30 minute wait, I was told they do not do what I was looking for even though their website advertises they do. Their appointment making is easy, as is their check-in process, but their customer service is lacking. I was able to set up an appointment with a different company who immediately answered the phone and my questions, emailed me specific instructions on prepping for the test, and were very kind. That’s how it should be.

Terrible. I had an appointment at 7:45 AM for fasting blood work. I arrived a little early. At 8:30 I asked why I am waiting so long when I had an appointment. They didn't realize I had an appointment. You check in with a machine. Shouldn't that tell them? They took me back right away and put me in an empty stall. And a phlebotomist walked past me and brought somebody else back and I had no one to help me. So I just had to sit there and wait Horribly understaffed and mismanaged

I know my veins are small. Other locations usually able to draw my blood first trial or maximum two trial. This location inject in for about five times and wasn’t able to locate the veins appropriately. I rescheduled but on second thought I’d prefer to go to Tustin location because they were able to.

I understand about the phone schedule. Quest is the same. San Clemente office is closed on Saturdays. You can schedule an appointment online labcorp.com . I know a 10:45 is open on the 14th. Walk-in isn't that bad. Usually at opening it's busy. I came in once at 7 and was out by 7:40. Afterwards the wait is less. Bring in your lab orders prefilled with your information and have your insurance card ready when they call you up after you sign in. Even better have a copy of your insurance card to attach to your orders. Double check if you need to fast before coming in. I hope you have a pleasant visit!
Can I come into the office without an appointment?
7am. Usually a line of 7 to 10 before they open.
Routine labs within 2 to three days. You can get your results online 5 to 7 days. Also if special labs requested like genotype may take 20 to 30 days.
This office is opened during typical lunch hour but remember staff is staggered at lunch. I recommend coming in prior to 11 and after 1:30. Closes at 4.
