Very disappointing. They were polite but couldn't help me get the second test I needed. I had a document that listed it as required but not a seperate order. I even offered to pay out of pocket. But no. I didn't have the right paperwork. I'd have to go on line and make another appointment and come back then. Even though it was just a matter of drawing one more vial of blood. They were just functionaries, bureaucrats. Couldn't be bothered to make the effort.

Had the exact same experience as that dude Danny did. Was trying to be nice to a larger Filipina women working there, but she seemed to be having a bad day…. I thought I had seen her before at the Monarch Beach location, but she said that was actually her sister. Her sister did a great job, but was also much more kind and happy. Guess from Danny’s post this woman is always having a bad day. She looked at my arm for about 2 seconds before instantly jabbing a needle entirely through my vein, into my muscle, and then pulling it back out of my muscle and jimmying it into my vein. This is what my arm looks like 3 days later. This woman should be fired or her sister should teach her how to do her job.

If they bothered to pay a single person to answer the phone like a professional business, I would not have had my time wasted by showing up just for them to turn me away. Any company who can’t even have someone answer a phone is garbage. Go somewhere else.

No waiting today! The young woman at the desk had me in and out in 5 minutes, with a painless stick and a smile! This lab can get very busy with walk-ins and then , of course, you can be there a while. But they are always nice and do the best they can and still do their job right.
