Milano Lofts Apartments

This is a very specific review of the current staff at the Milano Lofts. In particular, I'd like to call attention to Gabriel Serrato and Leo Sarkissian. The Milano is a classic building with vintage appeal. And, as we all know, vintage requires active and attentive maintenance. Kudos to these two for their dedication to finding solutions and resolving issues. I've been impressed and pleased.

My experience at Milano Lofts was a bit challenging with the elevators being down, and having to take the stairs. The office and service team did a good job with keeping us up to date on repairs. Dee, in the office is always a delight. Ken, in service always makes sure my home repairs are properly and promptly done. Amin, our night security guard keeps danger away. Every place has its flaw but the reason I'm here is because the staff is always helpful and attentive, love the area and closeness to my job, and it overall a great space.

I've lived in a lot of apartments in DTLA and it's had it's ups and downs. However, I'm beyond thrilled with my living situation since moving to Milano lofts. The apartments are nice/spacious, but the service has been pretty gosh darn great. Shout out to Jose for helping me whenever I break/clog anything.

When I left, there had been a leak, they replaced my washer intentionally with a machine that didn’t work (I have it on video) and they kept most of my deposit illegally for state of CA. This place was scrubbed down to the corners and they still took more than half my deposit. If you google Equity there are all types of pending litigation and claims. I’m sure a class action is brewing. After the original maintenance guy left this place went downhill. Call the city inspector if they don’t fix things correctly.
