I work in healthcare and generally have high expectations in regard to cleanliness, professionalism, and practice standards. This facility was extremely clean and every single employee from the front desk, medical assistant, to the clinician conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I accidentally scheduled my appointment at this facility vs one closer to home and I will gladly make extra the drive anytime. Everyone here definitely provides a “WOW” factor. This isn’t something you really get anymore in a healthcare facility. This team deserves some serious recognition!

My husband and I both got the flu. But my husband's oxygen level was very low. The staff and doctors worked very quickly to get him oxygen and an ambulance to take him to the hospital. I was given medication and had to go home to rest. Would highly recommend.

I use GoHealth regularly as a complex patient of Hartford Healthcare, and they are prompt, do not hesitate to contact my transplant providers or refer to ED. The facility is spotless. Special shout out to Ashley Corridori, who is a great PA and check in. She knew what I needed and I was on my way to the next step no time. I’d give this visit a 5/5, except for the medical assistant. She barely spoke to me, repeatedly snapped the pulse oximiter in front of my hand instead of saying “I need a finger for this” or similar. I wasn’t feeling well and was kind of drifting, but she was incredibly rude and could not have had less interest in being there. I don’t need a lot, just “good morning” or a few words. I’ve not had this experience on any other visit at this location.

Honestly, you can and will find better medical advice on google. The PA I saw for my sinus infection told me it was probably just a cold and to get nose spray and to hope for the best, this was after she wrote an entire report to upload to mychartplus claiming I thought I had Covid and she needed to test me for it(even after I told her I contracted Covid about a month ago and did not believe I had Covid and had no contact with anyone who has had Covid). The PA I saw was not only rude but dismissive after I had mentioned I had been shorted my antibiotics for the last sinus infection by the pharmacy and believed my sinus infection was coming back to which she shared incorrect information regarding how to treat sinus infections and dismissed me once more. Luckily, I got in with a doctor from my home office and they were able to actually examine me and very quickly diagnose me as to how apparent my symptoms were. If you want to receive sound medical advice do not go here. They also told my friend with a uti that she should just drink more water and sit tight.
