Truck needed a warranteed right front caliper replacement. The shop recommended both calipers, which they had replaced three years ago, and a rotor. I declined the rotor which it didn’t need and should’ve declined the other caliper. The warranty repair cost $500. When I pick up the truck the brakes were soft and they had to be re-bled. This is a brake shop. They couldn’t believe the caliper right the first time?

Went for a scheduled brake service on Wednesday 8/17/22 at 11:00 am. Van not diagnosed on that day. Monroe closes at 6:00 pm. Ordered brake repair on Thursday 8/18/22 at 11:00 am. Van not ready at 6:00 pm. When calling on status, the customer service person seemed Bothered and was told to wait for a phone call. Called on 8/19/22 and was informed van almost done, will call you. Never received a call, and drove to Monroe at 4:30 pm to see my van in the parking lot. Service rendered was not prompt. My bill was over 1,100.00.
