Troubles

Went in to have my exhaust checked for emissions, and the exhaust was also making a sputtering noise, they tested it and it passed and mentioned nothing about the exhaust system being loose or needing any repair. The next day, as I was pulling out of my driveway, all the pipes magically fell off/separated. Will never go back.

Their scam for promotional financing is a joke. I demonstrated payment a day before it was due, they post it two days later to hit me with a $30 late fee. I call tem and they waive the fee, but they don't mention a $2.16 finance charge that ends up staying on the account and turns into another late fee the next month - this time $42. There are too many options out there to have to deal with this. They've lost my business.

I had my car towed due to front break issues. They tell me the next day that it's gunna coast $1274 for just the front break system fix. Then they wanted to try and get me to fix the suspension and exhaust for a grand total of $3475. On a 04 Toyota carolla with 180000 miles on it mind you. I said no thanks I'll figure it out myself. The next day I picked up new break pads and rosters for $120 and ended up needing a new caliper for an additional 130 and the whole front end break job took me under an hour with this being my second time doing breaks and my first time doing calipers. Blead the lines and it's been running great. Thanks for nothing Firestone 👍
