Have been at The Tannery 6 months. Rich and Louis are both incredible. They make residents feel at home. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with amazing flowers and exotic plants. The buildings are meticulously clean. The pool and club house, beam house on grounds are an added plus. The gym is state of the art. Very happy resident.

I am very happy living at The Tannery. Great apartment, amenities and staff. High quality. One thing very noticeable as a 40 year homeowner is that the Tannery Maintenance staff does an amazing job keeping everything ship shape and serviceable. No detail is too small. Basically, everything works, all the time. If you need help, they give it. Really confidence building. Well done!

The Tannery is apartment living with a resort feel. The office staff is an incredible group. They know residents by name, sponsor fun activities, and are always friendly and professional. They’ll even remind me I have a package if I’m walking by! Very impressive. As well, Rich and the maintenance staff keep the grounds spotless, and seem to be available 24/7 to respond to residents. The outdoor decor and commitment to doing even more (more benches and grills) give residents things we didn’t even know we wanted. Responsive, reliable, respectful and remarkable staff at The Tannery - inside and out.

I have lived at The Tannery for two years now. It is like living at a resort. It is the most convenient place I’ve ever lived. From the moment I toured the property, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive. Rich Lemke and his maintenance team do you such a wonderful job with maintenance throughout the property. The landscaping and flowers are always beautiful and meticulously cared for during season. Anytime I needed maintenance, Rich was always available and immediately addressed my requests. Thank you Tannery team for creating a wonderful living environment!
