I travel to Hartford a fair bit for work. I generally prefer marriott properties due to loyalty (ambassador member) but if you're looking for an extended stay in the greater Hartford area - there is NO BETTER option than this extended stay Hilton property. It's not perfect (housekeeping, etc.) but overall the people are nice - shortstaffed like everywhere - and location is safe and reasonable. Gym is nothing to brag about if you care for that. Nice location near restaurants, etc. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay property.

I just want to give an amazing shout out to the maintenance employee Jose! On our first night at this hotel we found out that one of our rooms AC unit was broken and it was really hot/humid in the room. We needed that AC fixed asap, especially since it was a really hot weekend. Jose went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were happy and satisfied. He found another AC unit and installed it all within that same first night! I came to CT for my masters graduation and he helped make my stay here a great! Breakfast was really good! The employees at the hotel are super attentive, especially with their txt messaging feature. Which is really convenient to reach out for any help/issues at hand.

Room smelled like pot. Relatively loud - there was some car meetup in the parking lot with people revving their engines and loud exhaust pipes late into the evening. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton Hotel and this is coming from a Diamond Member. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, the walls are so paper thin. Did I mention the trash truck that comes at 5 AM to throw 1 ton pieces of steel around the parking lot? Rooms have been neglected and haven’t had a deep clean in what I can only assume is years! There were stains on the walls, furniture, carpet, and even the ceiling! The bed was old and horrid as were the sheets and pillows. Buy new stuff! Don’t charge me $170 for an experience I could have at a $50 a night “roach coach”. My stay was capped off with a fire occurring, a few rooms down from mine, at 12:30 AM. The fire department had to come to clear the smoke, it was that bad. I will be sure to never return.

Yes. You put your clothes into a bag, indicating on a check list, number of items and cleaning type, ironing, etc. Then you left them at the lobby. The next day your stuff is ready
I would not know if they offer those things all you have to do is call them. You will enjoy your stay there
