The nurses where awesome specially Robin, she has great bed manners, super nice. I give 4 stars because they make you wait a lot of time. Dr.Keane was also super professional and nice.

I would give zero if possible. Nurses that do not understand simple communications. Multiple serious mistakes or almost mistakes that I had to catch myself in the 3 days I have been here . Wrong meds given, left with no hospital wrist tag for a whole day, nurses do not have any sharpness to catch things like covering my IV when I took a shower, they miss that I am NPO and give me fluids. Bottom of the barrel Doctors that look like they are recruited from a NY Subway Platform and there are like 2 of them in the entire hospital.

Seems like they are more interested in discharges rather than assisting patient's with their ailments, they gave me the In and out special without the proper tests I need, now I know not to even bother with this hospital. Cedars Sinai is way better.

Be sure to enter the tallest hospital building and to do that you must walk around the block behind this building. To enter walk up the same place as cars are turning in there is a sidewalk on only one side. Follow the maze of construction and follow signs to the only open doors in which you will find the lobby. Ask the front desk if you need help. It will be confusing come early to figure it out and look at it like an adventure lmao. 4 Stars for making it more difficult for patients to understand how to get around there could be more effort.
