Hot and spicy food! Nice sticky Japanese rice bowls with a variety of pork for protein (the other white meat).

Fast and great service, salads with ginger dressing is really good. Portion sizes for Ramen are large, broth is delicious. I wouldn't recommend Ramen noodles as they seemed to be overcooked possibly? The noodles had sections that were clumped up together in a hard chewy way that was very appealing. The beef brisket that went with it was delicious and soft.

This is my new favorite ramen place now. Ramen was delicious, with savory broth, tender pork and perfectly cooked egg. There location is a bit secluded, perhaps out of your way, but if you're looking for some really great ramen I'd definitely recommend the drive. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Quaint little mom and pop location that's tucked away in a small plaza. Very easy to overlook. The have plenty on the menu to satisfy many palates. We enjoyed a bunch of different items on the menu. Everything was enjoyable. Personally I conquered "the Darkness" if you know you know... if you don't... try it!!!

Yes they do. They have a fresh rice noodle that's gluten free
They do, I don't know them all off hand but I do know that they have a vegetarian miso and soy based ramen, vegetarian rolls (sweet potato is one), and an edamame appetizer.
