Stateline did an excellent job on our project converting to propane cook stove, gas line to grill, and gas jotul heat stove! All work was expertly done, crew was courteous and cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend State Line for propane installation services!

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience speaking with Both Cathy, and Dee Farrell over the phone Both were extremely rude, unprofessional over the phone , and showed they have absolutely zero knowledge of anything relating to the propane business.

My folks have been using your service for several years. I'm in Simsbury and would love to have a much needed conversation with the owner and or someone who has decision making capacity. You have a really good company and im sure what made you sucessful besides your product is a healthy exchage between you and your customers when concerns from BOTH parties need to be addressed. From the comments below I gather your name is Mike. My Dad had a stroke last October and I am helping them with all that they require from me at this time. I know you guys are busy now with the winter season. I would very much like to speak to you at your convenience. I have spoken to larry and Tom the last several days and Larry in particular was courteous and professional. They are aware of who I am and what my concerns are. Seriously the worst customer service I’ve had as an adult. Everybody that I have encountered has had horrible customer service. I even left a message for the “boss” to complain about the customer service and didn’t get a call back. I said I needed my propane to be relit and that is an extra charge by a different person. The delivery person apparently won’t light it. Not happy
