The staff here is so incredibly nice and efficient. Checked in for my appointment 20 minutes before as recommended in their email and was brought back right on my appointment time. The exam was quick and thorough. The ultrasound tech and front staff were extremely friendly and communicated how/when I would get my results. Definitely hired the right people at this location.

I had my appointment scheduled for Wednesday May 18 at 3 pm. When I arrived I was told my appointment was May 20 at 11 a.m. We weren't even in the same ball park. I left, updated my calendar to get a message on May 19 saving my appointment was earlier due to technician needing to leave early. The text did not say what time new appointment was scheduled for. There was a number to call which I did to wait to find out appointment was moved to 9 a.m. When I arrived at 845 am all went well. Technician was friendly and procedure was quick.

Update: This morning was the actual appointment. I will give 10 STARS to the gentleman that checked us in. WAVE sh be able to look this up. He was professional, polite, and looked you in the eye when speaking. Also, 10 stars to the technician who performed the CT Scan. Again, professional, patient and polite. Wait time 15 minutes at the most. The reason for the 3 stars at the top is because of the continued rudeness from the other front desk person. Hence, my original post. This person lacks understanding of the majority of patients who attends this facility. They are seniors some of which have hearing issues. That, in addition to masks, and partitions makes it difficult for them. This “person” lacks respect and patience when checking them in. An attitude check may help. Remember way back when you had a question the person answering you had the decency to look at you in the eye, speak clearly and asked if you had any more questions they could help you with? Well, don’t count on any of that here. You’re lucky if they pick up their head to acknowledge you. And, when they do it’s a mumble response…pretty much like most places.

I called to schedule a CT scan that my Dr ordered STAT. The woman had me upload a copy of the order and informed me she didn't have an appointment available but she would relay the info to the stat team who would call me back. I was also told not to eat or drink because the test required fasting time prior. 30 minutes later I got a call from another woman saying she got an order from my Dr and wanted to schedule my appointment for 12 days later. I explained that the order was STAT and repeated what the first woman had told me. She said that was the earliest she could do then proceeded to ask me the same questions already asked. She finally transferred me to another woman when I objected to her questioning. The third woman understood what I was explaining and tho she had to call me back she got me an appointment for the next day. She told me to arrive an hour before my appointment for the contrast. When I arrived not only did they question the reason for the Dr.s order but they couldn't find the new patient forms I spent half hour filling out online the night before. So I filled it out again. Then I find out there was no reason to be there an hour early. I was taken back 8 minutes past my appointment and the contrast/scan took all of 20 minutes. Most of the people were very nice but the repeated misinformation left me concerned about the competency of the company as a whole. I hope to have another alternative should I need further imaging done.
