I have been going here for the better part of ten years and for the most part it was a pleasant experience. Until 2019! More than 3 months wait just for a physical. No call backs for issues. Surly phone support when they did call. And a general lack of lack of care. When they did call me back and I told them I did not want to move my appointment from June to December why bother, the canceled “all” of my future VA appointments. I now get a better VA experience at Home Depot.

This staff at this clinic are very courteous and helpful. I had no problem at the admission desk. They are prompt with answering concerns, researching information and setting appointments. The medical staff are very thorough and listen. The phone receptionist is very accommodating and pleasant with a caring attitude. I was very impressed with the entire service here to include laboratory. Thank you.

Very convenient and staff are very nice. However trying to call them in the phone by using Option 3 is next to impossible (no one ever answers) and also I have had to redo paperwork that was completed and time stamped by the gentleman with the office in the waiting room. However, compared to most VA clinics/hospitals I've been to, this one is a gem that we need to keep secret so it doesn't get too many clients!!
