Even with the extra pressure of decreased staff due to COVID19, the staff has been wonderful. Don't come early thinking you will get in faster, though. You have a scheduled appointment time. You will not be seen sooner, which I appreciate. I have to visit frequently and I've always found staff to be very courteous. There is additional parking across the street should the main parking lot be full, which is still closer than many other medical offices.

I have been coming here for various scans over a period of many years. As with any medical facility, they are occasionally 'backed-up' and one must be patient. That said, almost all of my experiences have been extremely positive. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. During Covid, I once had to leave a message for a call-back to arrange an appointment. BUT- on another occasion my physician's office gave me the wrong time (and they admitted it), and even though it was late in the day, the staff managed to (quickly!) fit me in. I can't remember the last time I had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes as I moved through the process. It always helps to bring a paper copy of your 'order' since physicians are people too - and they might forget to fax it in. If the parking at the door is full, there is an overflow lot another 50' away - and if you are like me, the short walk is probably an added benefit!

Most people going to Polak have some medical issues/concerns, the staff at Polak needs patient customer service training. . It took me 5 weeks, calling every other day, to schedule an MRI. After being on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes each time, I was told my orders were either not there or not complete. Very rude and uncaring. They also spoke poorly about my medical doctor who ordered the test. Gave them an extra star for great location.
