Recently, the office is closed much on the weekends despite the posted online hours starting they are open. This weekend (feb 12-13 2021) the office was closed Saturday after 1230 and all day Sunday. This means one cannot obtain a cart to assist in hauling items to/from one's unit. A major inconvenience. (They're padlocked, keys are in office). This is ridiculous. Despite scrimping on services, we still pay full price.

This place is Great. My husband & I have to share our experience Incase you’re looking for a place to store your items. Very clean place, immediately met with wonderful people to help you. Anna the manager is so helpful & friendly. She really goes the extra steps to make sure you get the write storage for your items. Ken is always full of smiles & greets you with a warm welcome. He also is so helpful & kind. We like how cool it is inside the facility. Of course don’t want to forget the many cameras & gate make it pretty secure. Highly recommend.

I had written a review I made on Yelp. I know i go alot off reviews when making decisions as they do help a great deal. I wanted to also share here just incase others dont always use yelp & are seeking a place to store & would like to see others experience from this place. Moving most know is not always pleasant. But when you are Blessed to find a great facility and seriously Great People there to assist you, it makes ALL the difference. Anna at Life Storage truly makes your experience so painless. 5 Stars ⭐️ all the way! When you’re met with pleasant individuals like Mr Ken who is also so friendly, helpful, goes the extra mile to listen & be there with you to take care of your needs. Super clean place. Kept cool, & secure. Yes 5 Stars ⭐️ we truly recommend if you are in need of a unit or even a parking spot to store if they have availability. Thanks ALL at Life Storage Torrance!

My mom has been a customer here since this location was Magellan Storage, so many many years now. The front office has always been kind and courteous, from helping to cut the lock when we lost the key, to even holding on to a cell phone that we accidentally left there. Great storage facility, very clean. We will keep using them for years to come.
