Best Mercedes’ dealership! They made the entire process of buying a car stress free! Spoke with Rick, explained everything we wanted and what we had down and how much monthly we wanted. He worked some numbers and quoted us before driving to dealership. They were able to get everything we wanted but better!!! Kelly in finance, is the best finance manager we’ve ever dealt with when buying cars. She does not pressure you at all, explains the realistic side of what you need when buying a Mercedes. She is amazing at what she does! The staff is amazing here. Makes sure you’re well taken care of from providing you water to making sure your car is connected and you understand how to work a Mercedes. We got there a little late as We drove all the way from diamond bar, this entire team stayed until we the deal was done. CUSTOMER SERVICE 20/10!!! Everything you need and want when buying a car.

I recently leased my first Mercedes-Benz from here and was more than satisfied with my overall experience. The front desk agent was extremely kind and welcoming, which really set the tone for the day. The sales associate who helped me throughout most of the visit, coincidentally named Mercedes, went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted. The finance person I dealt with, Hector, was extremely personable and worked to get me the best deal possible. Everyone else from the finance manager to the gentleman who swapped out my license plate frame to the employees I briefly spoke to in passing made the ordinary experience of going to a car dealership pretty extraordinary.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mina and Monika were amazing. Mina was attentive and welcoming. Monika was personable and knowledgeable. The dealership itself was clean and organized. Finance took a little longer than I think it should’ve but could’ve just been the time and day. All in all, a great experience and I love my Jeep! Autonation and Mercedes Benz of South Bay have my business and my family’s!

It depends - you can go online and price check from various sources. The dealership most likely won't have it in stock , so you will have to order it.
I have never had that issue, however they do replace keys with proper paperwork. They are extremely busy on Monday morning.
Give the dealer your VIN# and order a new one. Don't bother with a cheap Chinese knock off they suck...
Given the make of car I would say about $75. I had a star replaced and it cost me about that.
Just to have them put it on the machine is $169. They bill out around $75per hour say times 2. You are looking at $319.
