I went there, driving 1 hour btw because I felt like the nurse it very knowledgeable, based on my previous experience... I was wrong. I 2,3,4 weekes later there is no results what so ever.. the worst of all she gave me 60 units, which btw I had never had so many in my face. I have been getting botox for 20 years on my face. The highest number of the units was 40. It was plenty to take care of my issues. I actually began looking worst than before the sub of botox was executed .. I end up with paying neat $600 with the worst result I have ever had.. seriously! Instead of apology, she showed me an attitude telling me that she would not do any corrections for free.. $$$$ depending attitude.. The interest of a client should be first She didn't listen to my needs.. WHAT A SHAME. PERHAPS YOU NEEDED IT MORE THAN ME SHAME ON YOU

First time getting fillers and wow am I amazed. South Bay Med Spa is such a nice place and all the staff is wonderful. My injector/nurse Daniella was AMAZING! So knowledgeable and very nice. She did the best job and since I was advised at my consultation about taking arnica beforehand I didn’t bruise or swell at all! The results were also amazing, night and day difference. Best experience and I will definitely be coming back.
