My mother was in the memory care unit in Sunrise in 2021. She fell 4 times while she was there. In addition, the memory care residents did not get enough hydration each day. I would actually have to bring my mother water daily. Twice, I found a pill in my mother's room on the floor. It is scary knowing that medication is not given properly. The staff would often be looking at their phones instead of watching the residents. My only hope for this facility is that the new Memory Care Director will make some badly needed changes.

I enjoy working at sunrise it’s a huge change from kyffin grove i like how they promote from within the company and the huge opportunities for career advancement. Staff really care for the residents as if they are they own family.

I am a current employee here at Sunrise Senior Living. Over the past few months there has been many new and exciting changes that have occurred in the Sunrise community. More activities, trips, positive changes in management , more families and friends visiting residents and lots of new resident moving into our community. Sunrise is a company this is focused on providing the best care possible to its residents and making sure that the residents are happy , thrive and feel at home. Sunrise also shows lots of appreciation to their employees and promoting job growth from within.
