The gym was very dirty. I go to a bunch of LA Fitness gyms while working in different locations. The front doors were filthy. The girl at the counter was laid back in her chair with her feet on the desk. No acknowledgement or responses when I greeted them. A constant beeping sound was going on in half the gym in the back where you deadlift as if some alarm had been triggered that needed to be attended too. No foam rollers anywhere, medicine balls only 3/4 inflated. This place needs some real attention from employees who are dedicated. All of this was enough that I left after 25 minutes and went to Norristown LA Fitness which was WAY better than this location.

Phenomenal gym and unbelievable service. I signed up with Kevin the GM and he made me and my girlfriend feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. There are minor issues like machines or bench’s being down but he even showed us the work order in place for those issues. Can’t wait to come daily!
