Disappointed after spending time and energy looking for a home health agency to pick up the needed slack that my moms other agency was un able to fill. I was hoping Guardian would be able to help out. It has been 2 months now and still the owner Yogesh has not come in to do a home assessment. And meet my mother, after emailing my mother routine, and if he had a scheduler, and an after hours contact #. He responded with an email in regards to since I cannot meet your demands please find another agency. I was stunned and shocked at his attitude. Don't fall for a standard form being emailed to you they are supposed to actually bring them when they do a home assessment and meet your mother or your loved one should I . say. Yogesh has no passion for his clients it's just about the money. I immediately began looking for a new agency my mother deserves the Very best and I will not put up with ignorance and someone who went on vacation Before taking care of official forms and care plan that should been available to his caregiver's with out going into a client's home un prepared.
