There is an abundance of qualified advice on the CDC, WHO, Jackson County, Education Bureau, and every city website (along with others). I would seek answers to medical questions there first, your PCP (primary care physician) office next. I'd suggest contacting by phone to reduce your risk of infection. Of course phone lines may be busy with an abundance of questions. I presume the mayor and governor announcing the state of emergency will provide additional funding that may staff the health department 24/7 in the near future, if necessary.
